The film follows the rise and fall of Hubba Bimal (Mosharraf Karim), who starts his criminal career as a small-time thug and gradually becomes a powerful don in the Hooghly district. He is pursued by Divakar Sen (Indraneil Sengupta), a tough and honest cop who is determined to bring him to justice. Along the way, Hubba faces various challenges from his rivals, his allies, and his love interest Maya (Tanisa Islam Mahi).

The film is a gripping and realistic portrayal of the underworld and its nexus with politics and police. The director does not shy away from showing the brutality and violence of Hubba's crimes, but also gives him a human side by exploring his motivations and vulnerabilities. The film also touches upon the socio-economic and historical factors that shaped Hubba's personality and choices.
